Welcome to Episode 28 of The Spiritual Boss Sh!t Podcast. In this week’s episode we’re sharing all things releasing emotional coding, showing up as the truest versions of ourselves, and how to take action from an aligned space (hint : they’re all MF connected).
This episode came out of an impromptu Facebook LIVE where we popped into our group, the Spiritual Boss Sh!t Podcast Community and shared about some of the behind-the-scenes work we’ve been doing on ourselves.

Jen shares her realization of judging a part of her personality and declaring it unworthy of her “real brand” before anyone else had the chance to do so. In allowing herself to see this part of herself honestly (and without judgment for trying to squirrel it away), she was able to connect with a deeper part of herself and show up more fully (aka expect more hysterical memes from Jen).
Looking back, we didn’t plan for such a massive uncovering but we are so glad you got to witness it because this is the work; this is what allows you to step into the version of yourself that already Knows (with a capital K) what you are capable of creating (and then take aligned action in bringing that new belief into this reality).
